Approval of new incentive plans

On 20 February 2014, upon the proposal of the appointments and remuneration committee, the company’s board of directors approved the remuneration policy for 2014.

The aim of this policy is to:

  • foster the creation of value for shareholders in the medium- to long-term;
  • develop a strong link between performance and remuneration, both individual and of the Ansaldo STS group;
  • attract, retain and motivate high-quality management personnel.

In this respect, Ansaldo STS developed and regulated a stock grant plan for the period 2014-2016 which was approved by the shareholders in their meeting of 15 April 2014, in line with the recommendations of the code of conduct.
